Master Plan

The master plan of Saadiyat Grove is being developed in phases, in a bid to cover all the essential elements. While Phase 1 will be handed over in 2022, it will also include the lies of residential units, retail and hotel developments. Every aspect is taken into consideration to meet the varied needs of both investors and end-users. As a matter of fact, it is being developed as a fully-integrated and self- sustaining community.
